Two questions related to your timeline.

1) How was the DNC able to deny the FBI access to their server? Seems like that was a potential federal offense and a possible threat to national security. They should have ordered it handed over.

2) The timeline states that on May 30, Nellie Ohr sent an email to the DOJ regarding the existence of a Ukrainian black ledge on Manafort. Where was she employed at that time to have access to such information?

That never happened according to the testimony of the DNC IT Director Andrew Brown. see here for part of the Q & A from Brown's testimony, as far as he knows. And Comey actually verified it.

I'm currently reading Nellie Ohr's "interview" from 10/19/2018.(This was not withheld by Schiff. It was released and I downloaded it on 3/28/2020.)

She worked for Fusion from 10/2015-09/2016.

Interesting that her testimony talks about Manfort but not the "black book". She specifically mentions one thing she got about manafort was a list of flight schedules.

Maybe there wasn't a black book like Pres. Trump says...
