Consideration in a social sense, sure.
But why consideration in the judgement of a man's words or the truth of them?
An overabundance of that attitude creates an insular community and discourages the addition of fresh blood, which can cause the death of the community (and fewer donations).
Maybe people should consider that.
I have considerable seniority, for example, and I don't weigh it any more against somebody that signed up yesterday when it comes to their argument. Unless they are obvious plants from the enemy.
So, if you're saying it can be a trust issue, then yes, I see your point. Just lets not make it a truth issue.
Judge the argument on its merits, not on the seniority of its maker.
