I've read through the letter 4 times now, and cannot find Jeff Sessions explaining why he didn't notify President Trump before he made the announcement to recuse himself. I never flunked comprehension in school, and I may be old, but I'd like you to copy and paste the sentence or sentences where Sessions explains why he did not tell Trump he was recusing himself before he announced it to the world.
