someone in the last thread gave an amicus brief that could be used as a template.

maybe Freep-bury the court with amicus briefs. Judge hasn’t set a calendar for filing the briefs. Looks like he already adiosed 2 for filing too early.

I like your idea to Freep Judge Sullivan. I played an Attorney General on Monday in a network TV survey of former DOJ employees. I consider that sufficient legal experience to file an amicus brief on behalf of General Flynn. A template to start with would be terrific, though I can always put the gist of Sidney Powell’s brief in my own words. She really said it best.
