The thread writer notes how Van Grack was then forced to say that they weren’t charging Flynn for any other crime, no treason, no Logan Act, etc., thereby admitting there could be no basis in materiality for a false statements charge so arising. What emphatic can be done about Judge Sullivan’s outrageous crap re Flynn case?
Sullivan did blow his top also about Flynn & turkey while Flynn was working for the admin.
Turns out the prosecutor had to advise Sullivan it ended in 2016.
And then Sullivan apologized in the afternoon session and qualified his remarks as questions.
Do you really think sullivan was intentionally getting the feds to admit stuff on record?...I don’t see it.
I still think Flynn has to work hard not to get stuck with the guilty plea for the bogus FARA charge.
