Could be. But I have a feeling they’re not going to need Sullivan’s help even if he were willing to play that role. Barr is in no serious threat of being removed, and in the coming weeks - as more gets declassified - I suspect Flynn’s innocence and the fact that he was railroaded will be so obvious that the “remove Barr” crowd will have to move on to something else.
You are right - there was quite an admonition to Sullivan in the D_J Motion to Dismiss that he should not rule against the motion and gave precedent for such. What a despot.
