Judge Sullivan issued the order:
“ORDERED that the Court exercises its inherent authority to
appoint The Honorable John Gleeson (Ret.) as amicus curiae to present arguments in opposition to the government’s Motion to Dismiss,
...
ORDERED that amicus curiae shall address whether the Court
should issue an Order to Show Cause why Mr. Flynn should not be held in criminal contempt for perjury”
That seems like bias...and
This order is for Amicus to only go one way...is that legit ?

Jay Sekulow made a good point today - Sullivan cannot designate an “amicus”; the whole point of an amicus is volunteer. Sullivan has created a special prosecutor outside the law and only accountable to him.
