In NC Burr’s replacement would have to be the same party as Burr or RINO. Being a resident here believe me Cooper will have no problem finding a RINO. NC has wonderful conservatives but Cooper won’t go there.
So a replacement Senator would be appointed, not a special election? When is Burr’s normal term up?
