If you watch footage of the funeral, you see the Michelle O., Hillary, Mrs. Pence, and Laura Bush all find an envelope in their programs. The Carters did not get one. Each opens the envelope and looks at the contents with a different reaction. Michelle is controlled and shows it to Barack. Hillary is contemptuous. Lara and Jeb are horrified. None of them look happy! KeK!
