It looks like they changed it on April 29. Here you can see the difference between what the data looked like on April 29 compared to what the data looked like on May 13:

I am not against reopening, I know they can’t stay shut down forever. My concern is how it appears they are manipulating the data.

If it does show higher numbers prior to reopening, this will affect the public image, and more important the knowledge that other states will have in making their own decisions.
