Yep.

Not just New York. PA Wolf and Levine (tyrannical tranny) are going full cover up and blame. Our county and Beaver county are glaring examples of infecting the infirm even though plans were for isolation. The local hospitals had step down beds for the infected. Not a single bed was used.

The state sent the COVID patients directly back in violation of their own planning documents.

"It didn't have to be this way."

Why are we beating our brains out over this when the president doesn't even agree?

“The absolutely critical and widely misunderstood point here is that ‘underlying conditions’ are THE only risk that virtually all fatal cases of COVID-19 had in common—not age,” Reynolds writes. “That misunderstanding arose because old people are far more likely to have one or more of these conditions (and because more old people die of this and almost every other fatal risk). But it’s about time to stop echoing the fallacy that this virus kills old people, rather than sick people.” - https://reason.com/2020/05/18/do-the-divergent-results-of-covid-19-antibody-studies-reflect-real-differences/

Nobody talks about morbidity.

Why is that?

For kicks, go look at the % of ‘working age’ Americans who have high blood pressure, diabetes or are cancer survivors.

Apparently they all deserve to die.

One of the strangest things about Covid-19, then, is that the conditions it imposes don’t represent a radical change for many Gen-Zers: more screen time, less sex, no partying. Would the baby boomers have heeded lockdown orders, back in the 1960s? “Put a hold on your counterculture, kids—your parents need you.” Not likely. - Youth in Quarantine: https://www.city-journal.org/generation-z-covid-19-lockdown

Map from NY Times of areas with populations where there are a higher than average number of people with COVID co-morbidities - diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease or chronic lung disease. As the Times link states, "Many of those areas have not yet had a significant outbreak; if they do, it could be especially severe."

Many people are chronically ill, but would live on for many years with basic care and medication. When they contract COVID-19, they die. It is death caused acutely and prematurely by COVID-19 and correctly tallied as death caused by COVID-19. It wasn't death caused by the chronic illness. To account for it differently is dishonest.

My wife and I are both cancer survivors. She has type 1 diabetes on top of that. We do our best to maintain good health. My lungs are a bit beat up after 7 cases and pneumonia and Valley Fever in remission.

Exactly. But the FluBros (including the ones hiding here) will flat out lie to diminish the danger of the virus. And they don’t care whose Grandma they have to kill to get back to their “normal”, even their own.

Some of the people the FluBros write off as worthless sick people might have lived long enough to be cured or long enough for that particular issue to be otherwise rendered inconsequential by medical advances.

There’s an Elmore Leonard book about a cop who shoots someone and the guy dies a year and a day later, so the lawsuit is about whether or not the cop killed him. The legal limit to sue is one year. The son says yes, the cop says no. I think it’s called Split Image.

From what I’ve seen, the number one risk factor for a serious covid case is not catching it early.

Despite the wishes of the elite (and I have no issue with this map) us hicks are in pretty good shape: lots of good early testing and care available.

True- like termite infestation or a leaky roof. The longer you wait to ‘fix’ it, the much worse the damage gets.
