To: American in Israel

Not every hotel. There was one Quality inn somewhere that the food guy offered freshly cooked eggs any style.

Wow, was that a cool treat.

These places run together so much, one time I was on the actual freeway before I even remembered what city I was in.

I knew I was heading west for day two of a two day drive but had absolutely no idea where I was.

I know the feeling. There is a Holiday Inn in Spokane that serves real meals in an in house restaurant. Ten bucks off breakfast certificates made it a 3 dollar steak and eggs day.

Oh My Gosh, it was Heavenly.

Such a change from the Cisco Eggs everywhere else. Or if your lucky the three week old non refrigerated waffle machine.

Like just what is that waffle batter that it cannot rot? Some type of Chinese plastic foodstuff?

That’s why three hot meals a day delivered to your room for homeless who complain about it is such a joke.
