Keep in mind, that Durham was appointed by Trump as a Federal Proswcutor in Connecticut* - and not DC.

Makes me wonder if cases he brings would be tried by a court in his district and not DC?

Interesting guy!

I don’t know the answer to your Query. A point. How many people in DC? There can’t be enough for a coule hundred Juries. They may have to change the Venue and/or pull Jurors from other areas. In local Murder cases they have jury pools of about 2,000 Jurors. They still run out at times. Possible challenges prior to Voir Der would be employment of Federal Gov. That would disqualify almost 3/4 of DC. The felons would be the other 1/4. I don’t know how they could eventually do this but Military would be preferred. Wasn’t Stone case in Miami? Was it a special counsel case? Just some input.
