Amicus briefs are filed by DS, the judge either dismisses per the gov't, or he doesn't. If he doesn't, he will be crushed by the SC like the 9th Circuit. Additionally he might get more interest than he wants when crap judges are exposed and removed. Sucks for Flynn with the delay, but what hasn't sucked for him the last three years?
Possibly, probably just another way to keep the gag order on him just a little while longer.
maybe....the Turkey FARA guilty plea is worrisome.
