Its a fine line between legit sick leave and abuse of the system. I come from a career where abuse of sick leave was the culture and nothing could be done to stop it, no matter how obvious it was. Paid sick leave plus unions equals an Atlas Shrugged moment.

And it would be another reason businesses would rather go overseas. Lets not start the cycle all over again now that Trump is bringing our jobs home.
