“Regarding the Vitamin D, you need magnesium in order to absorb D”

I take magnesium ascorbate daily.....but I did not know that!
The liver controls the fat soluble vitamin known as D. Therefor sunlight alone will not work for many Americans, their livers are functioning at 50%

The low-carb people say 90% of Americans have fatty liver. You can look up fatty liver.

Magnesium makes 350 other things sync and fall into place (and absorb). When pot/sodium are off, iron’s off, etc., you’re low in mag. The biggest sign of low mag is calcifications in the body as you cannot absorb calcium when low in mag. ie arthritis, asthma, dementia and a bunch of other things.

Livers are definitely not working at the best pace but the biggest problem is low mag. We used to get alot of it in our diets back when, but now the soil is over farmed, water is filtered and there are a number of toxic halides in our environment and food that mimic our minerals by blocking their attachment to the receptors.
