If that claim were true, it seems logical that such mail-in ballots could be read and monitored for fraud. Just speculating.

The problem with fraud is it's not discovered or dealt with until after the election is over and a winner is declared.

My guess with mail-in voting is that a lot of ballots will never make it to the voters, but will still be miraculously counted - for the democrat candidate. No chain of custody, no proof. It's so obvious that they want to cheat, and yet, people thing mail-in voting is a good idea. I guess if you want the country to fail, then it IS a good idea.

Part of the plan probably includes exposing voter fraud so national voter ID can be passed. Needs to happen soon!

Somehow, POTUS TRUMP MUST have a solution to the voting fraud looming. Probably several solutions. He may be delaying disclosing the solutions to help prevent counter-moves before the election, on the part of the evildoers.

I'm reposting your comment here because you are correct. I speak from many years working polls, mail-in ballots are letting a skulk of foxes in our prize henhouse.
