March 24 - The government in Hangzhou Zhejiang province announced that venues from arenas to theaters, performing art centers, karaokes and of course livehouse could reopen effective immediately. then March 28 complete reversal and venues ordered shut down.

March 28, 4 days later, all cinemas shut down again. (confirmed by source on ground.) April 2, things started to seem like normal but not quite there. people beginning to question if lied to (no brainer for us) April 7, feel worst has passed (this was 2nd wave fear). april 19 still work from home. May 2nd Harbin still under lockdown. But Beijing an air of normality with people in streets, cars bikes and livehouses will resume having shows (in Beijing) starting early June if everything goes smoothly leading up too and with the People's Congress in late May a very important political event in China.
