Yes it did. But being manipulated ( i.e., designed on purpose in the lab ) and being accidentally released in a lab due to carelessness are two different things.

The US Government (NSA) and surviving assets on the ground in China have proof that SARS-COV-2 was developed in the Wuhan Lab AND THERE IS EVIDENCE IT WAS DELIBERATELY RELEASED but the official line is that “it appears it may have been an accidental release.”
Why not just come out and say China launched a Bioterror attack?
