To: Texas Fossil

What is interesting to think about that it has been true for awhile that fighter jets could be designed and made that could exceed the tolerance of human pilots -g-force etc. So one could almost say that having human pilots actually limit design parameters in some scenarios.

Good point. But I am looking at the much simpler task of building a self-driving car and that is a total joke. Although much of the public think it is really happening.

Correct, human pilots cannot withstand the G’s that some machines do. But the human mind is more powerful than a machine. It forgets, machines generally don’t. But the mind can do things that programming cannot. Machines do not “think”. They are programmed. The mind has an element of creativity.
