NOTE: This document was prepared retroactively ... the Mule op was rolling but come up with nothing so they had to return to the Steele dossier. At some point, as I recall, a Judge (the one in Virginia) was skeptical of the Mule team’s operations and demanded to see the scope memo ... because basically the Mule team prosecutors were saying they didn’t have jurisdiction for what they were doing but, voila, they had a supplemental scope memo that covered what they were doing.
NOW see there is one section for one person that is (still) redacted. Might that person be Donald Trump?
