I know the echo chamber has already indicted and convicted Rosenstein but I've withheld judgement pending evidence. I think we may now have it - this seems to confirm that knowing the dossier was at best, flawed and at worst, a total fabrication - if RR still used it to justify the Mueller investigation, that indeed seems to remove any doubt as to the color of his hat.

They all figured the ends (getting rid of Trump) justified the means (whatever it took), and they'd never get caught because their scheme would work and Trump would be gone, so who's to catch them? Just like Shiffhead has not been forced to release the transcripts that prove he kept his investigation going despite finding no basis for doing so. They were willing to do anything to accomplish the goal, which also meant they would never be held accountable, only praised.

And by doing so insured the eventual exposure of it all. If he never did so none of this ever would have seen the light of day.

FWIW, I don’t think an echo chamber was necessarily the basis or the origin of the black-hat theory. I never saw evidence to suggest he was innocent. I wasn’t indicting and convicting him based on echos. I’ve been wrong enough in the past to feel comfortable just saying what I think and facing the blowback if I’m wrong.
