One of my wife’s co-workers was a nurse with John Wayne for a major operation.

Had to give him an enema.

Said he was a short little runt.

He was made to look tall with camera angles etc.

Even giants look short at that angle!

Thanks. I read one report that as a kid, evidently before his growth spurt—he was short. Maybe she performed the procedure when he was a shorter kid. I have no other explanation.
