I believe that on Tucker’s show ,last night, he said that plastic surgeons have commented that they can see that many members of Congress have had work done during the pandemic. Whitmer and, of course, Pelosi being at the top of the list.

If they had repealed the 1945 law, then the Governor would have no emergency powers - even for a single day. The 1976 law limited those powers to two weeks.
