For the lawsuits that will come after trampling on peoples Constitutional rights, I’m sure that many states will have liberal courts to uphold the illegitimate charges. Then what happens? Maybe our AG will then begin to go after the people that are closer to the heart of the problems. We can at least hope so.

Well, those courts will uphold the illegitimate charges. Then I guess the cases will go to SCOTUS. As bad as SCOTUS can be, it seems that they — even the “bad ones” — often do adhere to the Constitution. In the end ... a crapshoot.
