And that presence gives China permission to flood each country with ‘settlers’. Who need their own police because local police couldn’t possibly meet their needs. It will be interesting to see how the various countries react to Chinese expansion projects once they sustain major population deaths.
Somebody should ask Biden, Clinton and Kerry why they allowed this. And the UN why there are not already cease-and-desist-allow-inspectors-now sanctions on China lab capability.
