I believe the gifts are in what might be revealed through the use of the new Ghidra tool ... but the Red Cross might as well have brackets on each side. Maybe somebody should (will) run Ghidra against the Red Cross web site to start ;)

"Haiti had sent 15,000 people. They “all have AIDS,” he grumbled, according to one person who attended the meeting and another person who was briefed about it by a different person who was there."
