OMG I am so happy for her she could sure use that 92K she will be able to pay her employees her rent on her business AND feed her kids some steak and lobster OR maybe just lobster because you can’t find steak today if your life depended on it!! Went to Costco for some steak AND not one steak to be had!! This has become so damned ridiculous it is getting tiresome!!

Deprivation of rights under color of law.
Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
The police and I would guess judges have been told they are protected by “qualified immunity” In other words, if the dept. gets sued for their action, any judgement against them is paid for by the citizens in the way of taxes. They need to start being personally responsible for things that are unconstitutional. This would not mean that they have to know every law, but they better uphold their oath to defend the Constitution!
I’m guessing this is where a lot of this is heading.
Since this is officially now festival, I’m going to add a couple of other things. I have started watching a lot of 1st ammendment audit videos on you tube. I don’t remember how I stumbled upon them. My thinking was that most people are good, but there are always going to be some bad mixed in. The good have to make sure and expose the bad. This is how I viewed police as well. I have had a total paradigm shift. I’m not saying that police are bad, but after watching so many of these video’s, they don’t care one wit about protecting the oath they took. To defend the Constitution. We must get back to that pronto.
