The Watkins is a support ship that is somewhat mysterious and been coined a “Ghost Prison” ship ... she followed the Comfort into port at NYC and moored there that whole time. On Sunday, during the Town Hall, POTUS said something curious about how the Comfort would be going to some other purpose or something like that, she (Comfort) was destined for home port Virginia. It’s unclear whether she’s made it back yet or what POTUS might have been referring to ... in any event, the Watkins has apparently been heading towards Cuba and is now positioned nearby amidst a bunch of the backed-up oil tankers.
