Wyoming did social distancing. The federal 15 day and 30 day social distancing guidelines did not require a stay at home order. States did stay at home orders on their own.

This is not even about voluntary social distancing. It's about compulsory and forced mass quarantines and stay at home orders under penalty of being arrested and charged in court. It's virtual house arrest. Totally unconstitutional.
Sweden never did that.
South Dakota never did that.
But then DeBlasio sends his Gestapo police to go arrest a few Jewish New Yorkers for daring to meet in their own back yard.
