Not sure if it matters but someone on another thread said DC threw out almost all statute of limitations a couple of years ago.

I’ve now heard varying reports....several have said that digital penetration is indeed considered “rape” and a felony. So if the alleged assault is governed by DC Statutes, that type of felony assault would fall under a Statute that extends for 30 years...it allegedly occurred in 1993, giving Tara Reade three more years??? I’m not an attorney, I just play one to my family....LOL
