Mistake 5 - not allowing protests First amendment is more important that the Wuhan flu and it is more important than any diseaseBros, this is not a mistake. I was told our Founding Fathers explicitly wrote in the US Constitution, ", except when there is a virus." Now, while I haven't had a chance to look it up, I trust all the governors that think it is so.

Re the Constitution and WuFlu, I’ve noticed that Judge Napolitano has been on the right side of this issue. He was talking about some store manager telling him, re mandatory mask wearing, that “it’s the law”. Napolitano corrected him. It ISN’T the law. It never WAS the law. It might be a store policy (fine, I’ll leave), and it might be a guideline, but it is not “the law”. People actually believe it is!

I was told our Founding Fathers explicitly wrote in the US Constitution, ", except when there is a virus." That's bogus.
It actually reads, "Unless we think there's a good reason."

The virus clause comes right after the one which grants the unalienable right to kill inconvenient babies.
