The key phrase there is IN ONE FACILITY.

We would agree that one of our biggest challenges here is that this virus lays waste inside of nursing homes.

A lot of that goes to poor management and bad regulation (i.e. New York State).

If you lost someone close to you in that vets home I am very sorry for your loss.
