Outside arenas with Trump on overhead and outdoor projectors Dogs sniffing for virus as people enter. Everyone wears a disposable Trump 2020 mask hand sanitizers available etc. it can be done.
I think if he started to hold rallies again, it would restore confidence in the economy & the country & restore the old normal. Being in a car will further the panic & perpetuate justification for lengthening the lock down.
We need to get back to normal ASAP
