I heard this on the radio while I was out. Praise the Lord! Would be nice if Flynn could recover his finances.
How does this get him around his plea deal?
Do they have to withdraw that?
or does dropping the case automatically do it?
His plea deal also included a FARA guilty plea about being an unregistered agent for turkey...for which his partner walked in a separate trial due to lack of evidence.
So is there a ripple effect for Manafort and Geroge Papadopoulos? the same crap used on Flynn was used on them.
