THREAD: My Investigation into the Suspicious death of Lori Klausitis.
Juanita Marie Bergmann and her husband, Andreas Bergmann had an 8am appointment. Where was Joe? Police never interviewed him. Why was that? Why did his Washington office reply when Joe was calling local Tv?
Its confirmed by the police report they had a meeting at 8am. So where was Joe? like I said, police never interview Joe.
2. Police Chief says she shows no signs of Trauma. Thats a lie. In the Police and Autopsy reports it states clearly reason for death was a closed fracture from blunt force trauma.
She had MULTIPLE fractures to her head and face. Its not even up for debate, the head injury is what killed her.
Her skull was fractured from right temple, to her left temple along the coronal suture.
Diastatic fracture
1. Separation of cranial bones at a suture.
2. Fracture with marked separation of bone fragments. Deep scalp hemorrhage left and right sides of her head.
She had left and right subdural hematomas. Subdural hematomas are usually caused by severe head injuries.
Egg shell (comminuted) fractures of the center right anterior Fossa.
"Anterior cranial fossa fractures, particularly comminuted and oblique frontobasal fractures, are commonly associated with CSF leak, either acute or delayed in presentation" I explain the CSF next.
That explains why the nurse that found her thought she had a seizure and why she had Foam and blood in her mouth. CSF - Cerebrospinal fluid. Leak caused by the breaking of the base of her skull causing the fluid around he brain to train into her airway.
Doc is being pretty specific here what this is NOT.
Doc goes hard into a lot of theories and interviews. Ill summerize all you need to know in his words.

A 5'6" 140lb womans head fell 2' hit her head on a desk at 3', while limp, and... fractured 7" of her skull. I like the doctors "baseball bat" theory. Photos not released for a reason.

END ******************************************** (CBS/AP) PENSACOLA, Fla. - Police arrested former medical examiner Michael Berkland on Friday for allegedly keeping crudely preserved human remains in a rented storage unit in Florida last month.
Berkland, 57, was charged with of improper storage of hazardous waste, keeping a public nuisance and driving with a suspended license. He was released on $10,000 bail.
State Attorney Bill Eddins said more charges may be filed. Berkland's attorney, Eric Stevenson, reportedly said that he and Berkland will start preparing their defense next week.
Berkland worked at the District 1 Medical Examiner's Office in Pensacola from 1997. He was fired in 2003 for not completing autopsy reports. Berkland's license to serve as a medical examiner in Florida was also withdrawn.
Before arriving Florida, Berkland was fired as a contract medical examiner in 1996 in Jackson County, Missouri, in a dispute over his caseload and autopsy reports. His doctor's license was ultimately revoked there..................PART of the Article.

The expenses turned in:
A flight on 7/17/2001 from PENS (Pensacola) to RNAT (Reagan National)
Lori ceased to be alive on the 19th. Yeah, I know, weird phrasing. Found dead on the 20th.
A round trip flight 7/20-7/26 from RNAT to PENS to RNAT.

According to basically a congressional expense report, Joe was in Washington on the 17th, 18th, and 19th of July 2001. I know that none of you salesman out there have ever fudged an expense report, but I digress.
Joe also claimed $73.00 in phone charges 7/20-7/23
Questions:
Would there be surveillance footage anywhere in Washington on the 17th, 18th, 19th to confirm Joe was there?
Could you book a ticket, have a document of the expense, turn in for reimbursement, but not actually have taken the flight? Two flights?
If Joe actually was in Washington, and we know Lois Hoyt was on vacation and not in the office with Lori, was this a hit job? Did Lori have knowledge of something?
The autopsy was done by a known fraud Dr. Berkland.
The autopsy photos and the actual autopsy need to surface.
May 21 Lois Hoyt is apparently still alive and lives somewhere in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Was she "sent" on vacation? Did she ever notice anything going on between Joe and Lori?
I could go on and on, but the point of this thread is that according to congressional records.....
