Why are influenza medications effective at treating COVID-19?
Q
i think the chart would be about the same as previous years if they didn’t call the deaths for covid 19...
unfortunately people die from a lot of things... we cannot shut our lives down for every one of them... personal responsibility to stay away if you are in a vulnerable state.
i myself like to have my body fight without medications or antibiotics. my body, my choice.
I’m going to print this chart up (big from the other thread) and start handing it out to all the idjits wearing their masks in their cars or while walking outside.
Yesterday (and I’m not saying this for sympathy but for the stupidity of some of it) I had to put my old cat down. She was 17 1/2 and I had had her since a wee kitten.
I get to the vet, we wait in the car, a tech comes out and takes us to the euthanasia room, which has it’s own entrance and a little patio. She said you must gown up, put a mask on, and wear gloves. I said.. “How ‘bout we just do this outside in the patio since Covid doesn’t live in the sunshine for very long?” My idea was not taken well. I lied (but I’m not a derp) and said.. “I won’t wear gloves, my cat will bite.” The reality is I’m in So Commifornia, how many have gotten sick and died??) And you want me in a hazmat suit to put my cat down?? And really, gloves so I what, won’t get corona from the vet??
I took the hot, plastic gown off, didn’t wear the gloves, opened the door to the patio to let some fresh air in, vet came in with her mask half on, hanging down.
The stupidity... I can’t handle it anymore.

I wanna know why the flu death rate obviously trends higher since the mid 70s. Have we been under attack for 40 years, slowing turning up the temp in the boiling (frog) pot?

Different definitions? Clearly our ability to sustain sick people has improved. Fiercer flu bugs?
