What I find curious about this chart is that the overall number of deaths is not more than 100% of the previous years. If COVID-19 is a pandemic, beyond our normal number of expected deaths shouldn’t we be seeing an increase in the number of deaths?

Future historians will look back at the extreme insanity of our times--the shameful ease with which we were stampeded into panic, the massive group delusions like Russia-Russia, and this national economic suicide pact.
