The 22nd Amendment does not make him ineligible to be President, hence he can be elected to be Vice President. The 22nd Amendment prevents him from being ELECTED president again, not from becoming president again.

Don’t tie your heads into knots over this people because regardless of how it gets decided, Hussein is still ineligible to be president for the same reason he was always ineligible to be president. He’s not a natural born citizen.
All that needs to be done is to make public his identity fraud and the fact that he is not a US citizen and it’s all over but the crying.
