Flynn’s going to have one hell of a civil case. Would be nice to see discovery on McCabe’s finances and see how much the DNC has paid him.
FISA had nothing to do with Flynn and the full evolution of the 302s has been released and there were no material changes, but believe what you want about an admitted liar.

Am watching Hannity, and found it very encouraging to hear Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, thank Bill Barr for the work he’s doing to ensure thst the dirty dealings of the FBI get exposed.
They should all be swinging from a tall oak tree. They are the enemy of the free people.

So it looks like the Deep State was hiding their communications from the government (or so they thought) for some time, but eventually their use of that network was shut down.
There was an odd James Comey Tweet that featured him sitting in a room next to children's toy set featuring Star Wars toys in October 2019. Some wonder if he was signalling that they could no longer use the Star Wars Command chat room as it had been exposed. There does seem to be communication via Twitter through hints and memes among the Deep Staters.

So they are still working to maintain communications networks on the sly. There have been crashes of gaming platforms in the past year and it wouldn't surprise me if we had one now as President Trump has been draining the swamp and the Deep Staters are running out of rocks to hide under.

Well, back at the end of 2018 (I think) Sullivan was practically begging him to change his plea, but Flynn stuck to it, surprising Sullivan. Then Sidney Powell came in a filed a s***load of stuff to get this stuff revealed. It almost seemed like it was timed to be released now.
I think Sullivan has no choice to vacate the charge(s) because of a clearly malicious prosecution, with a prompt dismissal of the case by the prosecution. This is absolutely embarrassing and they never thought it would see the light of day, but now it’s out.
Amy Berman is a far more biased judge than Sullivan. I think this waits a weekend and then gets vacated before too many people hear about it.
The people involved in this travesty are too well connected and protected. The people in charge currently look after the ones who left. Why do you think it took this long for these key documents to come to light? Why do you think Comey and his fellows are strutting around without any worry about criminal charges?
Hopefully General Flynn and his attorneys can sue the perps personally for every penny they have, to recoup his expenses and financial loss.

Nobody is squealing. This is years old info being released during campaign season. This is now a political matter for 2020 and not a criminal one.
It’s nice to read this. I live in Sarasota, FL and the two local newspapers (The Sarasota Herald Tribune and the Bradenton Herald) will probably not carry a word about Flynn. They both find the best way to deal with Republican good news is to omit it.
Sullivan is going to punt back to DOJ. Barr will not retry. Democrats will claim cover up, etc. Do-nothing GOP Senate will continue doing nothing regarding this ongoing coup.

You are confusing Bill Preistap with Joseph Pientka. Pientka went with Strzok to interview Gen. Michael Flynn; he has since totally and inexplicably disappeared.
Bill Priestap worked at DoJ, something with national security (counterintel?) He stayed at DoJ long enough that there was talk that he had snitched on the scheme of the coup cabal; but in the end he was fired.
When they hang the wash out to dry the dirty laundry should be obvious for all to see. Time will tel!.
