California is about to fall in to the ocean? Lowest altitude in Arizona is at the Colorado river on the border with Mexico at San Luis across from Sonora - 72 feet. With a large enough tsunami surge through the gulf of Mexico it might be possible. I doubt that much of California would go under in an earthquake.
