Judge Sullivan is not running a sting. He is in bed with the Dems. He couldn’t possibly be involved in anything untoward. Trump says he wants everything legal. Sullivan has drug this out for a few years. He will probably claim it was part of a sting but I doubt Team Trump would have him make illegal actions.
Good points. Sullivan appears to footdrag but then reads the Riot Act to the FBI. Instinctively he should know exactly what was and is going on, but he oddly never presses real corrective action upon the prosecution.
Now, he has to dismiss, indict, or send the FBI back to put some clothes on their corrupt emperor.
There is simply no evidence against Flynn that wasn’t faked up, in new evidence proving FBI plotting an entrapment and coercion.
IMHO the Judge is not so much in bed with the Dems as he is being flogged by them via his control file.
