I'd read around 3 times over the past 2 years that sexually abused children (sodomized) can develop dark circles under their eyes as a result of blunt trauma (tears admitting bacteria). I recall watching a video wherein a person who claimed to have professional experience working with abused children reviewed footage of young children of the British royal family, noting with concern the dark circles under the eyes routinely seen in the children.
Apparently these circles can be very dark on some children - hence the emergence of Panda symbolism. There are said to be Pedo jokes and clothing lines which use Panda symbolism to refer to sexual abuse of children. Discernment is required - the meme below matches what I've read to this point. If this symbolism is Pedo friendly, one wonders why Tom Hanks and Bill Gates are shown laughing it up with pandas. The "panda" actors look creepy, regardless of their purpose and I can't imagine why they are popular other than tradition, likely sordid tradition, in my opinion.
