Lots of professional FReepers insist that the charges of Treason, Sedition, and such, MUST include the use of military force, and these particular insurgent Traitors didn't raise a conventional army against the President.
My replies to that line of reasoning in the past has been something along these lines:
The use of our military and civilian intelligence and counter-intelligence assets, and using the intelligence assets of allied nations, in an attempt to overturn or thwart the presidency of the USA, is just as deadly to the republic as if the attackers were using ships, aircraft, tanks, artillery, etc. (and maybe they did some of that too.)
They don't want to see the derps hanged as Traitors.
I insist that hanging the derps is absolutely necessary to the survival of the Republic. Change my mind. :)
It appears that pretty soon, the dirty deeds will be known to all, and the bone of contention will then be, "what shall be done with these scumbags?"
Watching this reopen round table. Trump needs to demand states begin phase one if they meet the requirements.
