I still think this doesn’t go well for Gen. Flynn.
The plea agreement is only between Flynn and the Special Counsel’s office.
Even if he was set up, even if the Russia collusion fiasco ( the predicate for the Flynn matter ), was bogus,
Flynn’s guilty plea to the “statement of offense” is devastating, and the subsequent plea deal is still tough to get around.
I could see this judge sanction the prosecutors and Flynn’s former lawyers and sentencing Flynn to a fine and less than the recommended 6 months jail time.

Not if it comes public that he did the plea to save his son from a bogus charge, trial and prison sentence.
