nano-sized pure carbon C-60 “Bucky balls” are mixed with/in an oil in the dark in a sealed container for 2 weeks to make a viable C-60 to ingest.
Olive oil is a common carrying oil. So is avocado oil.

IIRC, The creator of C-60 was doing some experiments. Decided to feed it to some rats. The rats lived 3 TIMES longer than average rats.
His mother had Alzheimer's He decided to feed it to her. She regained her eyesight; her Alzheimer's went into remission; she could rejoin social relationships etc. etc. She took a large amount, IIRC. Doesn't tend to be cheap. Though the one source (link below) is $20/bottle.
