What puzzles me here is, I thougt she said she was sexually assaulted by Biden. When did that turn into rape?
I read that he stuck two fingers in her. That would be unwanted penetration. That would be rape.

I hesitate to answer but as I understand it, and please anyone correct me who knows better, but as I understand the way this is presented, there is a pervasive “institutional rape culture” which fosters (or at least tolerates) sexual assault, and anyone who does not accept the word of a female accuser is protecting that “rape culture”.
