Bad news - Looks like I made a mistake. The original video on youtube was in fact pulled. Weird, it was on ABC News / KERO TV's channel. Youtube doesn't normallly ban news channels. Maybe they will appeal and get it back up.

Good news - The banned video link GraceG posted is to the full 65 minute video. If you go to the bottom right of the video where it says "download", you can download the whole video without registering to the site (Link)

I just wanted to know if Youtube had allowed any copies of the full press conference.

On a related note; I have seen ads on Youtube soliciting donations for the WHO on behalf of Google who is offering to match $2 for every $1 donated up to $5 million dollars.

Google/Youtube are enemies of the people.
