I watched the first part of it, until he made the claim that 12% of Californians have the virus. The actual fact is that 12% of those tested have the virus. The tests are not administered randomly, far from it. They are only given to direct contacts and people with specific symptoms.

If the tests were given randomly then his claim would be true. But they were not, so it is not.

Was the video talking about antibody tests later? Because the first part of the video refers to 500,000 tests in California. Those are not random whatsoever. They only give them for symptomatics and contacts.
