Did they mention biomass.?! I mean you mean like using trees 🌲 as a form of fuel? Wood chips? Dura Flame logs? If wood chips are burned at a very high temperature there may be little or no pollution. Wood chips burned with coal may reduce or chemically change the mercury in coal into an inert material. The East Coast has got a surplus of trees. Mixing trees with coal might be economically viable.
